Troubleshooting Tips
Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the speaker is fully charged by connecting the USB-C cable to a proper 5V adapter. The red LED will switch off when charging is complete. If the battery has been fully drained, allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.
