All AMT pots and pans are made from heavy duty hand-cast aluminium, with their self-developed coating Lotan® which makes cleaning easier and keeps the pans hygienically clean.

Perfect for preparing sauces and multi-ingredient dishes, such as goulash or stew. Due to the fact that it is made of aluminum and a special thermal base, it keeps the heat longer, which is evenly distributed both on the bottom and on the walls of the vessel. In this way, the stewing process is shorter, saving energy and preserving more nutrients in the prepared meals.

Care Instructions:

- Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water and a mild detergent.
- Wipe with cooking oil and remove excess with a paper towel
- Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of the cookware. Do not use cold-pressed oils like Olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine for cooking
- Do not overheat for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could affect the non-stick quality of the coating
- Do not use metal utensils or cut in the cookware
- After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour. Do not try to remove with steel wool or scouring agent

- Although this product is dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you rinse with warm water and a mild detergent after every use
