This pot heats up much faster than cookware made of other materials, so it speeds up cooking, allowing more nutrients to be stored in the food you are cooking. The heat is distributed evenly on the bottom and walls of the pan, so that your dishes heat up evenly. The temperature inside the pot remains even after the heating is reduced or the oven is turned off, which directly translates into energy savings.

Care Instructions:
-Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water and a mild detergent.
- Wipe with cooking oil and remove excess with a paper towel
- Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of the cookware. Do not use cold-pressed oils like Olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine for cooking
- Do not overheat for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could affect the non-stick quality of the coating
- Do not use metal utensils or cut in the cookware
- After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour. Do not try to remove with steel wool or scouring agent

- Although this product is dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you rinse with warm water and a mild detergent after every use
