THIS SPECTACULAR ANTIQUE (1878 TO 1894) "NEW WHARF POTTERY" OF ENGLAND SEMI-PORCELAIN (IRONSTONE) TUREEN, PLATE AND LADLE IN THE GORGEOUS FLOW BLUE (BLUE AND WHITE) "REGENT" PATTERN IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION WITH MINIMAL AGE AND USAGE RELATED WEAR AND TEAR. NEW WHARF POTTERY WAS EVENTUALLY BOUGHT OUT BY ROYAL DOULTON IN 1964. THE PLATE DOUBLES UP AS EITHER A MEAT PLATTER OR EVEN A BREAD PLATE WHEN SERVING SOUP. THIS 130 YEAR OLD TUREEN IS AN EXCEPTIONAL FIND. THE TUREEN MEASURES 35cm (HANDLE TO HANDLE) x 20.5cm WIDE x 20cm TALL, THE PLATE IS 34.5cm x 27cm AND THE LADLE IS 29.5cm LONG.
