ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THE IDENTICAL CYLINDER, IT SEEMS TO BE A MORE INDUSTRIAL TYPE UNIT THAT MAY HAVE BEEN USED ON A TRAIN OR CARRIAGE ETC. MAYBE YOU CAN SHED SOME LIGHT ON IT FOR US.
