This amazing vintage mid-century German made "Schmid Schlenker" ornate 8-day four jewel mechanical mantle carriage clock is a gorgeous find and measures 9cm long x 6.5cm wide x 17.5cm high. The clock has a wind-up key. I have had the clock on my desk for a couple of days and it has maintained good time since I wound it. The clock has age and usage related wear and tear and has had a little work done to it. The two finials on the back are missing and the top "glass" section has been replaced. The time needs to be adjusted with a small pliers. Please look at the pics carefully. A little TLC would go a long way in restoring the stunning clock to its former glory. Please note this is not a chiming clock. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this amazing ornate German made vintage carriage clock and to confirm the condition.
