A wonderful antique English pottery Jug / Pitcher in majolica glazes modelled with a child sitting by a dog with text 'say please'. The Jug / Pitcher of barrel / coopered form, in bright colour

It has a metal rim and two pins in the rim,so I think it might have had a lid connected at some timeat some time.
