Hardcover. Binding is good and text block is clean. Printed for The Right Book Club. First published in 1939 with 277 pages. Blueish grey linen boards with blue lettering to spine. Covered with dust jacket which is shelf-rubbed and have some damage to the corners. Name of previous owner on inside of front board. The question at the time before the Second World War was what the Defence potentialities of Great Britain were in case of war.  No shipping overseas.
