THE CHAIR IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION AND WAS MADE LOCALLY BY HERITAGE FURNITURE IN THE 1980's. THERE IS A SMALL PATCH ON THE RATTAN BACK REST THAT HAS A LITTLE DAMAGE. THIS IS THE PERFECT OCCASIONAL CHAIR AND WOULD LOOK FANTASTIC IN JUST ABOUT EVERY ROOM IN ONES HOME.
