THIS EXQUISITE HAND ENGRAVED BUDDHIST BRASS CLAW BELL IN IT'S ORIGINAL BRASS HOLDER AND MEASURES 6.5cm ACROSS THE BASE x 5.5cm TALL. THE BELLS ARE SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS TIGER CLAW OR EVEN ELEPHANT CLAW BELLS. THE BELLS ARE CHANTING BELLS. THE ONE CLAW HAS BROKEN OFF, BUT THE BELL IS STILL A WONDERFUL PIECE. THE BELLS ARE USED FROM INDIA TO TIBET AND I THINK THIS ONE IS OF INDIAN ORIGIN.
