This extremely rare antique Wednesbury of England 3-tons mechanical vehicle jack is a fantastic find and although I am not able to find very much information on it, I think it could have been used as a railway jack or horse carriage jack. The town of Wednesbury in England has a large rail station and river-ship yard and was known for its steel industrial manufacturing plants.
The jack measures 43cm high and is roughly 17cm wide. There is normal age and usage related wear and tear and the jack has some surface rust. It would take very little effort to restore this amazing antique jack. The jack would also be amazing as part of a garden display or even as part of an old vintage car garage. It is sold as an ornamental piece.
