This extremely rare antique Victorian Solid Oak cutlery canteen table with a lid that lifts for place for salt & pepper cellars or larger pieces of cutlery, serviette rings etc. measures 55.5cm long x 41cm wide x 92cm high with the stand. Without the stand the canteen measures 50cm long x 36cm wide x 20cm high. The canteen can hold just about any cutlery set including ladles, serving spoons, carving sets, cake forks etc. This beautifully canteen is in great condition with minor age and usage related wear and tear. These table canteens are scarce and were only found in the most "distinguished" homes. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this wonderful rare cutlery canteen and to confirm the condition.
