An incredible antique (1939) Imperial Model "T" portable typewriter with a serial number plate

This incredible antique British made Imperial Model "T" portable typewriter with a serial number plate (2G368) confirming it was made in 1939 is in wonderful condition for its age. As far as I can see, everything is working and although there is no ribbon in the machine, the platen is still secure and turns without issue, the carriage moves without getting stuck, the key bars and keys are functional, the paper bar lifts with ease and it all looks great. These antique typewrites make the most incredible display pieces on an antique writing desk. There are scuffs and some fading, which is to be expected from a 82 year old typewriter, but boy does it have charm and character. The typewriter measures 31cm long x 30cm wide x 10.5cm high.
