This incredible and rare, George III style carved mahogany “silver table” is in the Chinese Chippendale taste. The silver table has a square (ish) top with a pierced fretwork gallery. The table is supported by spade-foot legs and the legs are joined by an arched X-shaped stretcher and elaborate pierced fretwork and centred by a finial. These gorgeous table are also known as tea tables. The table measures 48cm x 50cm x 73cm high. The table were/ are traditionally used to display (and serve) your silver tea and coffee serving set. The table is in wonderful condition and would look superb in a themed living room. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this truly stunning silver table and to confirm the condition of the tables.
