THE LID HAS NOT BEEN PIECED (AND IS STILL ATTACHED), BUT IT DOES LOOK LIKE THE LIP HAS BEEN MENDED. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO FIND ONE OTHER BOTTLE LIKE THIS ON THE INTERNET. THERE IS SOME AGE AND USAGE RELATED WEAR AND TEAR, BUT IF YOU ARE A COLLECTOR OF RARE PERFUME BOTTLES, THEN THIS FLASK IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
