This two terminal shunt mode band gap voltage referenceis ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensureprecise initial accuracy of 0.1% with ±30ppm/°C temperature coefficient (IR =10mA). The LM4040A has 50µA minimum shunt operating current capability with lowdynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over awide range of operating temperatures and currents.
