Operational Amplifier, Rail to Rail Output, 1 Amplifier, 90 kHz, 40 V/msProduct OverviewThe MAX4240EUK+T is a micropower, beyond the rail, single op-amp in 5 pin SOT-23package. This amplifier provides 90KHz gain bandwidth product and 40V/ms slewrate while using only 10µA of supply current per amplifier. Although the minimumoperating voltage is specified at 1.8V, this device typically operates down to1.5V. The combination of ultra low voltage operation, beyond the rails inputs,rail to rail outputs and ultra low power consumption make it ideal for two cellbattery powered system. It has an input common mode range that extends 200mVbeyond each rail and output typically swing to within 9mV of rails with 100Kohmload. Beyond the rails input and rail to rail output characteristics allow fullpower supply voltage to be used for signal range. The combination of low inputoffset voltage, low input bias current and high open loop gain makes MAX4240suitable for low power/low voltage precision applications.
