Box operating system can not be updated. Some preloaded apps can not be updated from the play store as well but will not affect how it runs. This is an entry level tv box
Tv box is not google certified but can support almost any app. This means that most apps cannot be downloaded from Google Play store so we have preinstalled and alternate store of which most apps can be downloaded.
xTo update/download these apps and to download any other apps please read instructions inside box. GOOGLE PLAY is NOT used to update and/or download apps.
xPlease note if an app can not be downloaded it is not because the tv box is defected but it is because the app developer has developed the app in a way to be not compatible with this tv box.
xPreloaded apps can also stop working at any time in any way if the app developer decides to and we can not be held responsible.
xIf you factory default set this box, all apps will get deleted. As we preloaded this software for you.

xStandard remote is slow and has a weak signal. Best to buy an after market keyboard, just click on our store name and if we have stock the listing will appear.
