He has worked as a commercial aviator for airlines and air freight companies; is a flight instructor and licensed A&P mechanic; has built, restored, and flown vintage aircraft;and owns a successful airport in North Texas, which is home to over 500 general aviation aircraft. His most rewarding accomplishment to date, however, is flying the remarkable Hurricane Katrina and Rita relief missions with copilot Denny Ghiringhelli-the story of Angel Flight 44. RICH VERMILLION: Rich Vermillion is an ordained Spirit-filled Christian minister, public speaker, and author. In addition to writing the accounts contained in Angel Flight 44, he has also penned other inspiring Christian books. Rich has appeared on local, national, and international television programs; and has been interviewed on hundreds of radio stations around the United States and Canada.
