Item is second hand, in good condition. Instruction manual included. We loved being able to sleep knowing that our twin babies were sleeping soundly and were safe. Hope it will provide other parents peace of mind and some good sleep too! Not in use, twins nearly one year old now :-) Sold as is.

Unit has 3 pieces:

• The under-the-mattress sensor pad detects the slightest movements/breathing of your baby, even when your baby is asleep. If absolutely no movement is detected for 20 seconds, it sends a signal to the Nursery Unit which sounds an alarm alerting you to check on the baby.
• The Nursery Unit includes the receiver for the movement sensor pad, an alarm and a microphone transmitter that listens for all sounds in the nursery. Nursery Unit operates on AC adapter or 4 AAA cells for battery back up.
  
• The Parent's Unit (sound monitor) will broadcast all sounds in the nursery. This will let you know when your baby wakes up or cries, or the alarm in the nursery Unit will go off. The Parent Unit operates on batteries only.
