An ANGLO BOER WAR front of a mourning cover send from a unknown place in the Cape Colony to a POW in BROADBOTTOM CAMP on ST HELENA. The dumb single circle censor mark in blue which was used in CAPE TOWN from 18 May 1900 to 26 April 1902 can be seen, as well as the N.P.R. (NP Richards) cachet from BLOEMFONTEIN which was used for only 6 months, namely from April to October 1901.
