Great item for a technician or technically-talented person to buy. Only charges phone sometimes. Seems to be an issue with the connection between the power bank and the USB cable. I have tried a few USB cables. The power bank charges up when connected to the wall, but the USB cable must be in a certain position. If you are a technical person, you can probably repair the connection quickly and get a great bargain on a powerful power bank.
