• Items are deemed to be delivered in good order and condition on delivery unless otherwise endorsed on delivery note/waybill.
  
• Should the item be found to be defective/damaged on delivery and the waybill endorsed accordingly we will replace/exchange the item at no cost to the buyer

• Unless prior arrangements have been made, Non payment within 48 hours will result in a SNC being filed and the item relisted.

• The Buyer consents to an Adverse report being listed on ITC (Credit Bureau) against the Buyers Name should the Buyer fail to make payment for whatever reason(within the prescribed period) after winning the auction.
