Antique 18ct Gold & Opal Necklace
This very attractive, 18ct gold, 1920's necklace features a fabulous, fitted and beautifully made drop pendant with numerous tiny, enamelled sections, along with a large, round cabochon opal. It's in excellent condition with a secure sprung ring clasp and measures 40cm in length with a pendant measurement of 3,7cm x 1,4cm.
This fine quality necklace comes with a detailed valuation, with a replacement of R35 400, a copy of which is listed in the photographs. (The valuation was done by a very reputable Gemmologist but doesn't take antiquity and rarity into consideration).
