The antique 18ct yellow gold ring has a white gold fronted, diamond-shaped head. It is set with nine round, old-cut diamonds There are two larger diamonds at the top and bottom of the head (circa 0.15ct each). The remaining diamonds are all circa 0.08ct each, making a total of circa 0.86ct of diamonds for the ring. All diamonds circa colour I-J, clarity I3. The ring is marked 18CT, and has another rubbed mark.
