Antique 1930s Composition Doll 50cm, Sleep Eyes with Lashes, Original Outfit

This rare and beautifully preserved 1930s composition doll has been in one family for nearly a century.

Height: 50 cm.

Construction: All-solid composition body, no fabric parts.

Face & Hair: Hand-painted black hair, painted features, original lashes, and eyes that close when the doll is laid down.

Clothing: Original green gingham dress with lace trim, matching bonnet, socks, and booties exceptionally well-preserved.

Condition: Overall, very good antique condition. One small chip on the middle finger of the left hand and chip on lower back. Minor expected age wear, but no significant cracks or breaks.

Markings: None visible.

This doll is a fine example of early 20th-century toy craftsmanship. The originality (clothing, lashes, sleepy eyes) and solid composition construction make it a highly collectible piece for serious doll enthusiasts.
