Antique 1950s Tin Litho Wind-up 1910 Model T, "Grand Pa's New Car" (Yonezawa - Made in Japan) - Mechanism not working

The model is in fairly good condition, but there are scuff marks and wear. Note that the wind-up mechanism no longer works. This may or may not be able to be repaired.
The model is around 15cm in length.
