 This 3-draw telescope is still in good condition.   It is leather bound,  and extends to 42cm.   Stamped on the eye-piece is PARKER'S No TI.   A. Parker founded a rifle manufacturing company in Birmingham U.K. in 1890 which had a growing trend for the development of accessories.   In 1910,  he invited his nephew - Alfred Hale to become his partner, and it became Parker-Hale.   It could be older(?) as PARKER was the previous trading name of the A. Parker Trading Company.
