 This locket pendant can be used as pendant  but the design is more suitable for perfume. Women would soak a rag in perfume and put it inside one of these lockets. The perfumes fragrance would come out the cutout design making them smell lovely all day! . Pictured as real item. Very good estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
