The antique 9ct gold stud stud earrings are each set with a white, round, cabochon polished opal (10.0mm diameter x approximately 4.2mm high circa 2.2ct each; green, some blue and red opalescence) in a rub-over setting. The earrings are unmarked but have been electronically scanned and test as 9ct gold. The butterflies are stamped for 9ct gold.
