Antique Boer War Era Hand Forged Bullet Mould . As the dimension of the mould is 1.1 cm it is in all probability for a 45 cal. hand gun round or for use in a 45-70 round for a Springfield Trapdoor rifle . As I am not an expert , the Boer War or Firearm fundi will either agree with my opinion or not . In any event the mould is definitely hand forged , at least of antique age and a rare piece of firearm history . If you are not into making bullets the mould will make an excellent nut cracker . Length - 15 cm. Weight - 300 gm.
