the horse stands 36cm tall and 38cm long without the base. I see no visible chips or cracks. Although not an antique I would say vintage as this has been in my fathers possession for over 30 Years and before that it belonged to a man in his late 70 who travelled extensively in his younger years so maybe 1960/1970
