Antique Cased Set of Solid Silver Teaspoons, Sugar Spoon & Tongs (1903)
This very pretty, lovely quality, cased set of twelve antique sterling silver teaspoons, a sugar spoon and tongs are in amazing condition and come with their original custom-made case. The spoons are ornately decorated on both sides of the handle with lovely scroll and floral themed patterns, along with shell designed bowls. They were made in 1903, in Sheffield England by silversmiths 'William Gallimore & Sons' (WG&S), and are beautifully presented in their original, blue silk and velvet lined hinged case. The spoons each measure 11,3cm in length, with similar measurements for the tongs and sugar spoon and together they weigh 205g. The case measures 36,5cm x 17,5cm x 3,5cm and other than a faulty catch, it's in great condition.
