Antique Decca Gramophone
This is the Junior or Trench model, designed for use by the troops during WWI. Prior to this gramophones had horns, but in order to make this portable and robust wartime model, Decca built the horn into the box lid. The box measures 25cm by 28cm by 20cm.
This particular gramophone is in need of some cleaning and reparation, but still works. There are a bunch of needles, and the mechanism winds and spins the turn-table. Amazing!
