An antique porcelain dish in a possibly English style. A design has been engraved in brown and underglaze blue added, and then it has been handpainted with burnt orange. There are no markings on the back. The central scene depicts oriental buildings and crysanthemums.
This is not a flat plate but curves up toward the edges, creating a depth of about 3cm. It is 21.3cm in diameter.
There are no chips or cracks, and no restoration. Due to age and use, there are some surface scratches upon close inspection.
