Antique Framed Oil On Canvas Landscape Signed and Dated 1904.

An Edwardian oil on canvas "Bridge on the Welsh border".  Signed by the artist and dated 1904.  Kindly note that the signature is partially obscured by the frame (I removed the canvas from the frame to photograph it).  Also, there is a slight tear on the right side.  Fortunately, this is barely noticeable and there is a patch at the back (please see pics). 

The painting is housed in a gilt frame which is showing some wear.  Overall condition of the painting is good and it's ready to hang.
