Very Old German Cheese Dish by Franz Ant. Mehlem

Large old German cheese dish C.1885-1920 with beautiful pink and violet floral pattern on a cream background. Size 23cm x 18 cm and 17cm tall. In very good condition with only two teeny weeny flea nibbles on the under side of the plate which is hardly noticable. (see pics). The plate and inside of the cover is crazed and has a darkish area in the middle, but that is quite normal for a very old cheese dish as the dark area was caused through the fat in the cheese seeping into the porcelain
