This is probably one of the finest hallstands you will ever see. Its unrestored with original patina. Its in good condition with no scratches, only some dark marks on the horizontal surfaces, but that does not deter. In its design you would find elements of both the Arts and Crafts and the Art Nouveau movement . The embossed design and the hooks are copper or brass. The handles are brass. All this is tarnished, the buyer should decide if should be cleaned (personally i think it looks lovely like that). The letter box flips open and closes with a click and hold latch.

In the pictures below I point out two flaws. A small strip missing on the top left and cracks on the side panels of the umbrella bin. Both these are not very visible from the front. Also a chip on the back left thats barely visible Last change to see!

Since it still has the original patina  its difficult to distinguish between walnut and mahogany. I assume its English and they used predominantly mahogany in that period
