Lovely old black smithing tongs from bygone years. Hand made, measuring about 64cm in length.

Nice to add to your collection. These tongs are the last of the tools I have from my collection, so unfortunately, no more.

They originated from the Keiskammahoek area in the Eastern Cape, and I believe the blacksmith and wagon makers where situated in that area, possibly King Williams Town.
