A Unique opportunity to own this collectors item, to add to your collection or to put it in your Lounge, Office, Bar or "Mancave" area. An actual museum piece in outstanding condition for your private collection!!

This is an original SAVONAROLA Italian "X" Folding Chair, estimated to be from the period 1800's - very early 1900's, still in outstanding condition, considering its age. These style of chairs originated from the medieval times in Italy and spread through Europe during the renaissance period. Also known as the "X"- "Dante-"and "Luther- Chair, but was actually named originally after and Italian Priest by the name of Girolamo Savonarola who lived from 1452 - 1498. The chair has one small "nic" in one arm rest. It comes with the small cushion as per the pictures. Please have a look at all the pictures below as they form part of the description and shows the general condition of the item.
