A late 19th century JH Steward library telescope. This one has had a hard life and there are pieces missing, but it exists, and the condition is as per the photos. The eye piece and lens appear to be intact and the focus mechanism still moves in and out quite smoothly.
James Henry Steward (1817-1896) established J.H. Steward in London in 1852.
