Antique Large Moroccan Tribal Gun Powder Case Flask.
An antique Moroccan powder flask, often referred to as a "tizab" or "tabah" in Moroccan dialect, typically dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. Constructed from carved wood, it is heavily embellished with brass and silvered metal filigree, featuring a spout crafted from camel bone. The body is decorated with hand-hammered metal motifs, depicting animals or symbolic designs intended for protection or power. Historically, these flasks were used to store and dispense gunpowder for muzzle-loading firearms. In excellent, complete condition.
