FRAMED ANTIQUE BIRDS EYE VIEW MAP OF KIEL, GERMANY (1593) - COPPER ENGRAVING - VERY RARE ITEM

Framed in a Vintage Burnished wooden Frame with Protective glass and already wired to be proudly displayed, is this Antique Copper Engraved Map of KIEL, GERMANY in 1593.

On the top left and right sides are a pair of cartouches with French writing inside. A translation of the one on the top left reads as follows -- "Chilonium, commonly called Kiel, an elegant old city in Holstein on an isthmus in the Baltic Sea, noteworthy for a situation favourable to trade and commerce and the annual gatherings of the Cimbrian nobility".

This is a HIGHLY collectable item which is extremely Rare. It is in PERFECT condition as are the Frame and Glass. NO damages, breakages or cracks.
