Antique medicine ball
A very rare and unusual piece - Not 100% certain what it's use would have been, but i think it would have been used for rehabilitation, all leatherwork is done by hand and this item is in really good nick considering its age (would make a stunning door stop as it is so heavy ).
Large and heavy, width and height approx 20cms each way. (is a little smaller than a soccer ball).
