Antique Miniature Silver Fronted 'Common Prayer' Book (1908) 

This lovely, miniature, antique, silver fronted 'Book of Common Prayer' together with the 'Psalter or Psalms of David' has an attractive, sterling silver front cover embossed with the beautiful 'Reynolds Angels' surrounded with clouds, all in relief. The cover is English hallmarked for Chester 1908 and was made by the silversmiths 'Boots Pure Drug Company' (BPDC), and there's a written note on the inside of the cover 'From Mother Jan 1908'. Sadly, the silver cover has separated from the book and has minor dents on the corners, otherwise it's in great condition and measures 5,5cm x 4,5cm x 1,8cm.
