A rare antique oak tobacco jar in the form of a French wine barrel.  It has a ceramic interior liner and an unengraved dedicatory shield plaque.  Note : 2 or 3 screws missing from bands (easily replaced) and tiny chip on rim of ceramic interior liner (see pics).
