LATE VICTORIAN LANDSCAPE WITH RIVER SCENE PAINTED IN OILS UPON A " PREPARED " WINDSOR AND NEWTON MILLBOARD DATED FOR 1863-1904, ATTRACTIVELY FRAMED WITH AN OAK SURROUND. THE " UNKNOWN " ARTIST WAS CLEARLY TALENTED, I AM FACINATED WITH THE WATER FLOWING ALONG THE RIVER, IT LOOKS SO REAL I AM TEMPTED TO HOLD OUT MY HAND TO TOUCH IT !!! THE FRAME AND THE PICTURE ARE IN A GOOD CONDITION. SIZE OF OVERALL PICTURE 43.7cm X 32cm. SIZE OF ACTUAL PAINTING 34.5cm X 22cm.
