THIS IS SUCH AN INTERESTING FIND !!! AND PERFECT TO WEAR AS A PENDANT.......AN ANTIQUE, FINELY ETCHED, ROLLED GOLD NUT PICK, WORN ON EITHER A FOB CHAIN OR CHATELAINE BELT. SET WITH AN AMETHYST ON THE ONE END AND FIVE TORQUOISE STONES ON A SLIDING RING, TO REVEAL THE PICK YOU SLIDE THE RING DOWN. YOU WOULD THEN  REMOVE ANY REMAINING PIECES OF NUT FROM ITS SHELL. IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND WORKING PERFECTLY. APPROX DIA OF AMETHYST 5mm, CLOSED LENGTH 4.1cm,  LENGTH WHEN FULLY OPENED 5.9cm. IT IS ALSO FITTED WITH A SLIDING RING THAT WOULD ATTACH THE PICK TO A CHAIN.
