Antique Royal Crown Derby "Imari" Display Plate

An antique small cabinet or display plate by the renowned English company, Royal Crown Derby. Against a cobalt blue background, the plate is decorated with a variety of Oriental flowers, leaves and geometric patterns in the Imari palette. The rim is lightly scalloped and richly gilded. This plate is back stamped for the year 1913, making it a true antique!

The plate is in excellent condition considering its age. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. There is some pattern loss and very scratches to the centre of the plate. The gilding on the rims is intact. The plate measures about 15.5 cm across and stands 1.2 cm high.

Postage is R50 through SAPO or R100 with PostNet. Combinations done at R10 extra per item. Please add 3% to the sale price if you wish your parcel to be insured against loss by SAPO.
