Royal Tichelaar Makkum Polychrome Wall Plaque c1860

A  Royal Tichelaar Makkum hand painted polychrome wall plaques, 19th century, of shaped oval form, depicting a country scene over a shaped cartouche, within scroll borders.

Makkum, in operation since 1572, is considered the oldest company in the Netherlands.

Approx size

It does have firing defects and a large slither chip on the back
